Climate change: still waiting

Another week, and once again the Climate Change (Emissions Trading and Renewable Preference) Bill is notably absent from the Business Statement. So, interestingly, is the other centrepiece of climate change policy, the Biofuel Bill. is the government ever going to try and pass this stuff, or is it just full of hot air?
