who's who of who's got their snouts in Iraq's trough. The interesting tidbit at the end: pressure is growing in the US to make Iraq repay any money given for reconstruction. Yeah, so the US bombs your country, then bills you for the privelege. I bet that'll go down like a lead balloon in Baghdad.
