Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf has been forced to cancel his trip to Wellington - not out of fear of protests about Pakistan's appalling human rights record, but because the Barmy Army have booked out all the hotels.
Musharraf and his delegation will still be visiting Auckland. He arrives on Friday. Hopefully someone up there will arrange a warm welcome for him.
