Workers in the University sector have been offered 2.0 - 4.5%, and no multi-employer collective agreement.They're going to lose ground to the shelf-packers if they accept this. :)
Massey's offer is particularly appalling. 2%? That's less than inflation! No wonder they're voting to strike...
