Irony

At the moment, Xtra is running a TV ad in which Warwick the network security specialist lassoes and hogties a host of net-nasties with his trusty roll of CAT-4. One of those net-nasties is "irritating pop-up guy". At the same time, they are running a particularly irritating series of pop-ups advertising Warwick's services on the NZ Herald site.

I guess pop-ups just aren't irritating if they're for you...
