Stephen Price, of the VUW Law School, will be giving a talk on "The Official Information Act: Does it work? ". 12.30pm - 1.30pm Lecture Theatre 1, Rear Courtyard, Old Government Buildings, just over the road from Parliament. From his research paper, it looks quite interesting...

    He thoughtfully emailed me the paper its based off. Which matches my OIA experiences fairly well.
