Via Hard News: The Herald Premium Content Blog has been hit with a DMCA complaint and so has moved to LiveJournal. Which at least will make it easy for people to read the Herald through their friends lists.
The Herald will probably complain about this too - but I suspect the people behind it can move it quicker and easier than the Herald's lawyers can file complaints...
