Political Animal has a link to a Canadian marketing survey which classifies participants into tribes based on age cohort and shared social values. My result is graphed below:
Because I'm classified as an X-er, my tribe is officially Autonomous Post-materialist - though its pleasing to see that I'm well off the scale there. Maybe its something about being a Kiwi rather than a Canadian?
They claimed I was a 'New Aquarian', or whatever that's supposed to mean? Sounds too New Age for me. I reckon it's skewed in favour of a Canadian value set, as you would expect, although Canadian values are probably not too dissimilar to Kiwis.
