Last month's Atlantic Monthly had an interesting piece by Robert Kaplan on North Korea. Not on the prospects for war on the Korean peninsula (the Atlantic has done that before, here, and its not pretty), but on what will happen when (when?) the North Korean regime collapses. It's subscriber-only, but The Marmot's Hole has been kind enough to post a copy here.
