Iraqi insurgents offer peace in return for US concessions
Iraqi insurgents want to now talk after years of killing mostly other Iraqis.In fact they target Iraqi civilians more than anybody else in there so called four year fight with the occupiers.One wonders if they are worried by the increasing number of troops being deployed to hunt down the insurgents.
