Well, I don't completely agree with Fisk. America is at war with jihadists. The 3000 dead in the World Trade Center shows that pretty clearly.
However, the ironic thing is that the jihadists had nothing whatsoever to do with Iraq. Fisk is right there. That was about oil and, I suspect, revenge for the assasination attempt on Mr & Mrs Bush senior.
