John Key is running as a "change" candidate, a fresh face for our body politic. He's also promising that National has changed since the 90's. Really? Most of his front bench were in Cabinet under Bolger and Shipley - and were implicated in some of the nastiest parts of their "reforms". Here's a picture from Vote With Both Eyes Open:
These people have not given up their market darwinist views. Which begs the question: do you think John Key - one voice at the Cabinet table, and noted for his "flexibility" on policy - can keep them in check? I don't.
