Voting until they get it right

Last year, voters in Venezuela narrowly rejected a constitutional referendum which would have (among other things) repealed term-limits for the Presidency, allowing Hugo Chavez to stand for re-election indefinitely. Now, he wants to try again. Obviously, the people gave the wrong answer, and they'll just have to keep voting until they get it right...
