Right To Life NZ's court case to try and restrict abortion rights in New Zealand is back before the Court of Appeal tomorrow. This time, though, people will be there to greet it, and speak up for abortion rights in New Zealand.
When: 12:30 - 13:30, Tuesday, October 5.
Where: Outside Court of Appeal (Corner of Aitken & Molesworth Streets), Wellington.
Politicians get to avoid reforming our abortion laws because they think its a dead issue. Its up to us to show them that its not, and that the current law (which effectively requires a woman to declare herself to be mentally ill in order to obtain an abortion) is not acceptable.
