Amy Adams abstained. Allen Peachey, Lindsey Tisch and Jonathan Young are marked as voting both ways. Around 20 MPs, including John Key, Phil Goff, Rodney Hide and Jim Anderton, were not present for the vote.

Note the trend. This was a National - Maori Party amendment, the former driven by social conservatism, the latter by Turia's weird concerns about racial numbers (she thinks abortion is bad because it leads to fewer Maori children; people must be forced to breed for the greatness of the volk!) Meanwhile, the Greens showed themselves to be consistently liberal, and ACT again showed itself to be more liberal than National.
