All charges against the Restore Passenger Rail protestors have finally been
dropped. Good. But they should never have been laid in the first place, and it shouldn't have taken a jury
telling the police to go fuck themselves (or the threat of them doing so again) for the state to see that.
The obvious question is whether the state will be properly held accountable for this abuse of process. Sadly, I think we all know what the answer to that will be.
