No non-coercive "solutions"

Taking a leaf from ACT's book, United Future's Judy Turner is bashing families who have children while on a benefit:

"[It] is doing a disservice both to the taxpayers funding these families and the children themselves, who are being born to parents who cannot support them," Mrs Turner said.

So, how does she suggest the government "fix" this "problem". Abortion? Sterilisation? Or cutting the benefit so that parents and children starve to death?
