Writing in Vanity Fair, human rights lawyer Phillippe Sands outlines how the Bush administration gave the green light for torture. It's depressing reading, save for one bit near the end, which makes it very clear that if these people set foot outside the United States, they will be prosecuted, convicted, and jailed. Anyone want to invite Donald Rumsfeld to New Zealand so we can have him arrested?
