John Key's casual homophobia

So, it turns out that our Prime Minister is a closet homophobe, happy to use derisive homophobic language in a radio interview. I'm appalled. This sort of casual homophobia costs lives, and yet we have the Prime Minister effectively endorsing it on air. In the process he's undermined efforts by educators to stamp out homophobic culture, in the process making life that much harder for gay teens. What a thoughtless arsehole.
