10,000 employed under Labour

The labour market statistics have been released, showing that unemployment has dropped again to 4.2%. There are now 116,000 unemployed - 10,000 fewer than when the government took office. While its not huge progress, its certainly better than the results National was getting, when their best score was 21,000 extra unemployed, and they routinely left tens of thousands more than that jobless.
