Victory for junior doctors

Junior doctors have won their employment dispute with the DHBs, getting a 5.8% pay rise. More importantly, they also ensured that they would continue to have a say in future employment conditions, rather than having them determined by a committee on which the DHBs had an automatic majority. See? Getting together with friends when you negotiate does work...
