The government cracks down on benefciaries again, and the government is talking tough, with Chester Borrows saying:

Tax evasion costs the government between $1 and $6 billion a year. Meanwhile, welfare fraud costs only $39 million. They're chasing peanuts while ignoring the pot of gold. But then, I guess those peanuts aren't being stolen by their mates...
