Its Member's Day, which means we're back for another round of filibustering Heather Roy's Education (Freedom of Association) Amendment Bill. This is the crunch day for the filibuster; if Labour can keep the bill in committee today, then it will not pass the House before the election. There are only three member's days remaining, and a pile of local bills arriving after the next one to clog up the Order Paper even further, so either it passes next member's Day, or not at all.
