Climate change: A good first step

While rich nations refuse to act on climate change, Brazil has promised to cut its 2020 emissions by 38 - 42% from business-as-usual. This doesn't sound like much, and its not a binding target - but it is the "substantial deviation from baseline" the IPCC says that major developing countries need to make.

So, once again the developing world, the people who can least afford to, is acting where we are not. Feel ashamed yet? You should.
