Scoop does more video

Scoop is getting seriously into video, with a 23-minute documentary on the Labour and National campaigns. Unfortunately its a little large for dialup users, but if you have broadband, let me know whether its any good.

The video is ok. It's the National party launch party, which franky looks like the LEAST cool place you could possibly be in the country. It's about 5000 soccer mums singing American songs and going "Y'hoo! Vote National!" and "Don! Don! Don!" Wierd and creepy. Did you see the ordainment of Mister Brian Tamaki? Was kinda like that.

The video begins with some toothless old chap saying "You gotta think about nuclear. If National gets in, we'll have the nuclear! And we don't want that." It ends with some the message "Scoop media brings you the facts. Vote." and then some quiet shots of an Arab family feeding pigeons in Aotea Square, a Polynesian family, and an elderly couple walking down Queen.
