Earning that reputation IV

One of the perks of being a Minister is that you get a car. When you're in Wellington, you get driven around in Ministerial limos (which you get to park in disabled parking spots to show your contempt for the disadvantaged) - so said car is supposed to be used at home.

You can see how this would be a problem for Bill English. Officially, he lives in Dipton. In reality, he and his family live in Wellington. The living arrangements which see him rort tens of thousands of dollars from the taxpayer to live in his own home make it difficult for him to rort us for a car too.

But its not actually a problem. Bill just had a word to his good mate John, et voila!, the rules are changed.

Yet another way MPs earn that reputation...
